Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Australia.

Retail orders

Standard shipping is $11, with free standard shipping on retail orders over $100.

Express shipping is available for $15.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Standard shipping: approximately 3–5 business days

• Express shipping: approximately 1–2 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, public holidays, peak periods or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Wholesale and trade orders

Shipping for wholesale and trade orders may be calculated or quoted separately depending on the size, weight and destination of the order.

Any applicable wholesale freight charges will be confirmed at checkout, on your invoice, or before your order is finalised.

Retail free-shipping offers do not apply to wholesale or trade orders unless expressly stated or agreed with us.

Delivery issues

Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.

If your parcel appears to be delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at contactineedafavour@gmail.com and we’ll assist with investigating the issue.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
